Change does not come when we convince someone they are wrong, but when we hear someone else's story and can connect it with our own experiences. Reflective Listening Conversations will teach techniques for learning to listen more and be vulnerable to each other in safe ways. Unlike some models that ask the most vulnerable to assume the microaggressions and risk during these conversations, this webinar will teach you how to set up healthy boundaries; and, for communities to come together to practice these skills and learn to embrace the beautiful diversity of humanity.
